121 beds of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and 60m² of community space in the very heart of London near King's Cross.
The project, designed by Sheppard Robson for Curlew Capital, transforms a site, currently used as a surface car park, into a building that responds to significant technical constraints while incorporating community-focused amenity within the highly constrained site.
While creating visualizations for this project, our main challenge was to accurately capture the existing environment of Britannia Street while integrating the new building seamlessly into this context. Through careful attention to detail, we aimed to convey the architects’ vision and design intent, showcasing the distinctive elements of the new development along with the thoughtfully chosen materials that contribute to its character.
