The project involves the development of a new 90,000 sqft laboratory and workplace building for Haleon, a world-leading consumer health company behind such consumer brands as Sensodyne and Panadol. Designed to embody Haleon’s "For Health, with Humanity" philosophy, the building features sustainable architecture that meets BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum standards. Its unique layout integrates with the natural slope of the site in Heights Business Park, Weybridge, Surrey, incorporating a central "green thread" that connects landscaped areas and a wildflower garden to enhance employee well-being.
